Meet the artiste

Hey, I'm Hazel.

I'm ten years old, and I've been twisting balloons since I was eight. What started as a rainy-day hobby at my kitchen table turned into my very own business — and I love every minute of it.

My specialty is parrots and poodles, but I can twist just about anything you dream up: swords, butterflies, flowers, octopuses, even a balloon dog that looks like your actual dog (bring a photo!).

The best part of every event isn't the balloons — it's the smiles. There's nothing better than handing someone a balloon parrot and watching their whole face light up.

How far do you travel?

Anywhere in the Portland metro area — Sellwood, Laurelhurst, Alberta, Beaverton, Tigard and everywhere in between. Further out? Ask me and we'll figure it out.

How long does a typical balloon take?

Simple designs (swords, flowers, puppies) take about 60 seconds. A full balloon parrot takes about 3 minutes. We plan your time so nobody waits too long.

What do you need from us?

A small table and a chair, and ideally a shaded spot if outdoors. I bring all the balloons, my pump, and my supplies. That's it!

Do you bring an adult?

Yes — Hazel's mom is always on site during events. She handles the boring grown-up stuff so Hazel can focus on the twisting.

Do you offer themed designs?

Absolutely. Dinosaur party? Unicorns? Under the sea? Tell me the theme when you book and I'll plan my designs to match.
